What is The Mastercard Collection?
The Mastercard Collection is a new suite of benefits available to cardholders with World, World Elite, and World Legend™ Mastercard around the world. The Mastercard Collection offers access to globally connected premium experiences in dining, entertainment, and travel for you and your loved ones.

What benefits does The Mastercard Collection offer?
Eligible cardholders will have priority experiences that matter to them worldwide, powered by a network of partners, including:

• Dining: Priority reservations to award-winning restaurants, specially crafted menus, exclusive experiences, and more.
• 
Entertainment: Special access to select pre-sale tickets, preferred tickets at the most in-demand music, theater, and sporting events.
• 
Travel*: Streamlined airport experiences, including access to 190 fast-track security lanes at over 30 airports and to more than 1,350 airport lounges at major international airports across 600 cities and nearly 150 countries, ensuring a smooth and stress-free start to their adventure. Coming soon to select international airports, Mastercard exclusive dining spaces will also redefine the pre-flight experience by blending comfort, locally inspired flavors, and must-have travel amenities.

Do I need a Mastercard to access The Mastercard Collection benefits?
Yes, The Mastercard Collection benefits are available from respective countries where the World, World Elite, and World Legend™ cards have been issued. However, some conditions may apply that may restrict access to some of the benefits. To learn more about your card benefits and eligibility, please contact your issuing bank.

Are these benefits available today? Globally or in certain regions?
Yes, benefits will be available globally beginning July 16th for World product portfolio cardholders worldwide (e.g., World, World Elite, and World Legend™). New benefits are scheduled for introduction over the next year and will continue to evolve over time. To learn more about your card benefits and eligibility, please contact your issuing bank.

What does “globally connected benefits” mean?
Globally connected benefits enable cardholders to enjoy elevated experiences across dining, entertainment, and travel – whether they are at home or away. Imagine a cardholder traveling from Dubai to London. With her Mastercard credit card, she and her family can access an airport Fast Track* security lane and access an airport lounge, book dinner reservations with preferential seating at a Michelin-star restaurant in London and catch a popular West End show with front-row seats. This cardholder and her family’s experience is elevated with The Mastercard Collection and the Mastercard World product portfolio. Back home in Dubai, they continue to benefit from Mastercard’s elevated portfolio, booking dinner reservations at a hot new restaurant to celebrate her son’s birthday, followed by backstage access for her family at a concert. I have the Black Mastercard in Latin America and the Caribbean, is this eligible for The Mastercard Collection?
The Black Mastercard card in the Latin America and the Caribbean region is equivalent to World Elite Mastercard and is eligible for The Mastercard Collection. To learn more about your card benefits and eligibility, please contact your issuing bank. 

How can I buy an experience from The Mastercard Collection?
To purchase a premium experience, simply visit The Mastercard Collection, select from the Dining, Entertainment, or Travel pillar, and follow the benefit listed to 'Know More' which will redirect you to the partner's website to complete the booking. Once you have found the experience you want, proceed to check-out. Please be aware that in certain instances, you may be redirected to our partner’s page for check-out, depending on the specific experience. I am unable to find the country I am looking for on your location list.
Our market selection is guided by factors like travel indexes and Mastercard activity, focusing on popular destinations and the list of countries is ever changing, however, if the country is not listed in the benefit or premium experience you are trying to book then there is a possibility that the benefit is not yet available in that country at that time. We regularly update our list with new places and encourage you to check back for changes.

Why am I being redirected to another website for The Mastercard Collection benefits?
The Mastercard Collection benefits are powered across regions and supported by a host of partners that make this premium experience & benefits available. To ensure a seamless experience, we may redirect you to our third-party/merchants that support the benefit in the respective region.

I made a booking, but I did not get the benefit stated in the offer. What should I do?

What should I do if a partner does not recognize or declines my benefit?
If you experience any issues with a booking, and payment has been deducted from your account, we recommend contacting the numbers listed on the booking website for support. You may also raise a complaint with your issuing bank by calling the number on the back of your card, especially if a benefit was declined, or the partner or merchant refused the offer.

Why do I need to share my card details to book benefits from The Mastercard Collection?
Most experiences available through The Mastercard Collection are highly sought after and time-sensitive, often requiring prepayment. We encourage you to plan ahead and ensure a seamless booking experience with The Mastercard Collection partners. Please note that prepayment requires sharing your card information online at the time of booking.

Mastercard Fast Track

 

Why use Fast Track?
This premium benefit helps you speed through airport security with ease at select airports around the globe, giving you and your travel companions more time to enjoy the journey.

Do I need my boarding pass?
Yes, you will still need your boarding pass, as well as your Fast Track pass to get through the airport security Mastercard Fast Track Lane. You will need to make sure that you have your boarding pass and Fast Track pass available before your reach the Fast Track gate to mitigate any delays.

Does this give me Fast Track at immigration and border control?
Yes, Fast Track is available at Immigration and Border Control; however, availability may vary depending on the airport and your individual access. Please check your desired airport in the Mastercard Travel Pass app to view the available Fast Track lanes. 

How can I locate the Mastercard Fast Track lane?
You can find the location of each Fast Track Lane by searching your chosen airport in the Mastercard Travel Pass app or website, within the “Fast Track” section. There will be a sub-section that states where the applicable lane is located within the airport. Furthermore, there will be directional signs at the Airport, to direct you to the Fast Track Lane.

Which airports can I use my entitlements?
Under the section of your Mastercard Travel Pass app or website it will detail your entitlements and state which airports these can be used at. Please note that each membership may have different entitlements and benefits*.

Can I modify / cancel my Mastercard Fast Track booking?
Modifications and cancellations to your existing booking is dependent on the airport at which you have made the booking. To check if your chosen airport supports modification or cancellation, please look on the app under “Your Airport”.

If your chosen airport allows cancellation, and you wish to cancel one of your bookings, please go to the “Booking” tab on the app or website and select the booking you wish to cancel under “Upcoming Trips”. Then click on “View Details” and proceed to select “Cancel Booking” at the bottom of the page. Once your cancellation has been confirmed, your refund will be processed.

Who is eligible for Mastercard Fast Track?
To check your eligibility, please contact your card issuer directly, or log into the Mastercard Travel Pass app or website, then go to the ‘Membership’ section to view your eligibility.

Where is Mastercard Fast Track available?
