If I only spend in 1 month, will this be counted as an entry for the following months?
No, you’ll need to spend in the month you’d like to enter the prize draw for. For example, if you only spend in July, then you’ll only be entered into the prize draw for July’s trip.
Only cleared payments will be counted as entries for that month. For example, if you spend in July but the payment didn’t clear until August, this will count as an entry for August.
The transaction clearing timescales reflect the transaction date based on the merchant’s local time zone. Put simply, a payment made at your local supermarket might clear quicker than a payment you make while abroad.
Q2. Will all spending on a joint current account count as entries for the prize draw?
Only spending on the card that’s been entered will count. So, if you want all spending on your joint current account to count, then you’ll need to enter both cards.
Will joint account and additional credit cardholders have their entries combined?
No. Spending on each card is individual to the customer that’s opted into the offer. We won’t be combining joint account holder purchases, or primary and additional cardholder purchases.
Do I need a priceless.com account to enter the prize draw?
No, you don’t need to create a priceless.com account. You can opt in to the prize draw on this page.
Can I enter through a third party?
We can’t accept entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties. If an entrant is using a computer to get around this, their entries will be disqualified and the prize draw will be void. For example, if the entrant is using ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means.
What happens if the card I’ve entered with gets lost or stolen?
If you’ve already opted in and your card is lost or stolen, you won’t need to opt in again. Your replacement card will be entered automatically.
What details do I need to give to enter the prize draw?
You’ll need to give us your full name, phone number, email address and full 16-digit Mastercard card number.
Will I need to confirm my details if I win?
If you win, Santander will need to check that you meet the prize draw entry criteria.
How will I know if I’ve won?
If you win, Santander will call you by the 23rd of the month after. For example, if you win July’s prize draw, Santander will give you a call by 23 August. Keep an eye on your emails during this time, as Santander might get in touch this way too.
When will the winner be picked?
Mastercard will pick the winner 13 days after the previous month’s prize draw closes.
If I win, how will I get the prize?
First, Santander will call to let you know that you’ve won. They’ll also need to check that you still meet the entry criteria. If you do, Santander will let Big Group Ltd know. Big Group Ltd. is the company we’re working with on this prize draw, and they’re responsible for giving the prize to the winner. They’ll be in touch, and you’ll have 10 days to accept the prize.
