How can I register for the cashback offer?

Svar:

You will see a prompt within the mobile app with a link for more information on the campaign.

This will take you to a registration page. To complete your registration, you’ll need to enter your name, e-mail, mobile phone number, and the 16-digit Mastercard Credit card you wish to register for the campaign.

Once you submit your registration form, a confirmation message will appear on screen.

Please note that This cashback offer is limited to the first 10,000 customers who opt-in to use their National Westminster Bank Plc Credit Card for booking British Airways flights, as well as an additional 10,000 customers who opt-in for cashback on eligible spending. Once the limit has been reached, you will no longer be able to opt-in to this campaign.

Once you complete your registration, a confirmation message will be displayed on screen. You’ll also receive an e-mail confirming that you are registered for the offer.

How soon after I register will I be eligible for the cashback offer?

Svar:

To qualify for cashback on your flight booking using your NatWest credit card MasterCard, you must opt in before making your flight reservation; the booking should also be a cleared transaction with the merchant before close of business on the 30th of June. Additionally, to be eligible for cashback on your spend, you must register at least 48 hours prior to spending on your trip. Once registered, you will be eligible for the cashback offer, which applies to all cleared transactions made between 6th May 2025 and 31st October 2025 for purchases outside the UK & EU.

+ Receiving the cashback

When will I receive the Cashback?

Svar:

You will receive cashback on your flight bookings by the 31st of July, and you will receive cashback on your eligible spend transactions within five days of their clearance. The amount will be credited directly to your NatWest credit card account. It's important to note that cashback is only applicable to transactions that have cleared; any transactions still pending at the end of the promotional period will not qualify for this offer.

Are there any transactions that won’t qualify for cashback?

Svar:

Almost all transactions made using a successfully registered Credit Mastercard will qualify for cashback. To receive cashback on your flight booking this must be booked direct through British Airways. To receive cashback on your spend these transactions must be completed in-person and outside the UK & EU. However, gambling or betting transactions, as well as any money transfers, foreign exchange, or money sending transactions made with your registered Mastercard are not eligible. + Cashback amounts

How much cashback can I receive?

You could receive £100 cashback on your British Airways flight booking, providing that you have registered your NatWest credit card prior to booking the flight, the flight must be booked directly with British Airways, the flights cost a minimum of £500, to a destination outside the UK & EU and booking is complete between the 1st of May and 30th June. You could receive an additional 5% on each eligible spend transaction with a maximum cashback amount of £100 throughout the duration of the offer.
