I already registered my card in the Mastercard Tuesday program in a campaign from 2024 or 2025. Do I need to re-register it in 2026?
No. Once you've registered your card in the program, either in 2024 or 2025, you don't need to re-register it. There is one exception, when the card has expired, then it is necessary to register the new card.
I have a Mastercard card from a fintech or a neobank, can it be enrolled in the Mastercard Tuesday program?
Cards from fintechs or neobansk can be enrolled in the program only if they are issued in Romania. You can find the complete list of issuers here https://www.mastercard.ro/ro-ro/companii/emitenti.html , but keep in mind that meal cards, social cards, Maestro/Cirrus cards or those for legal/commercial persons are not part of this program and cannot be enrolled.
Which payment cards can participate in the Mastercard Tuesday program?
All Mastercard cards (debit or credit) issued in Romania for individuals are eligible and can participate in the program. Meal cards, social cards, Maestro/Cirrus cards, those for legal/commercial persons or those that are not issued in Romania are not part of this campaign and cannot be enrolled.
Are physical payments at POSpart of the campaign?
No. Only online payments at merchants in Romania are accepted.
How do I register my card in the Mastercard Tuesday program to start receiving cashback?
Cardholders must go to www.priceless.com/marti and register their card by entering their email address and full 16-digit Mastercard number and pressing the "Submit" button. After this step, the cardholders will receive a message on the screen regarding the result of the registration: successful in the program or failed. Also, if the card is registered successfully, a confirmation email is sent to the email address provided in the form.
Do I need to have a priceless.com account to register my card in Mastercard Tuesday cashback program?
No.
Is it safe to add my card number to the Priceless website? Why is it needed?
Yes, it is safe. Here's why:
The Priceless website is the property of Mastercard (as mentioned at the bottom of the pages) and the connection is SSL secured, as you can see in the address bar of your browser: the web address starts with https:// and the browser displays the icon an uncut (intact) or green lock. So any data entered on Priceless.com only ends up in Mastercard's systems, so they are safe. It is the only method by which that card can be identified. As there is no need to pay through Priceless.com, no card expiration date or CVC code is required, only the card number (16 digits on the front of the card), which makes a transaction impossible. The general recommendation remains valid: provide the card's expiration date or CVC code only when you want to make a payment on a trusted site.
The full card number (the 16 digits on the front of the card) is required to be able to send the cashback (money back) to that card using Mastercard's automated systems and to guarantee the correct identification of the transaction and its uniqueness. Through the automatic cashback benefit on the card, we can help all Mastercard customers who want a much easier way to enjoy Mastercard benefits. Once the card is enrolled in the Mastercard Tuesday campaign, customers receive the cashback on all eligible transactions from 2025, with no further action required from cardholders.

Click to Pay is the fastest way to pay online, allowing you to complete transactions without entering your card details each time. This solution, developed by Mastercard, is based on advanced, industry standard technology and is protected by Mastercard’s intelligent security systems.

How can I add a card to Click to Pay?
There are several ways to create your account (or add a card):
1. When you pay online at a participating merchant using a credit or debit card, you can save your information in Mastercard Click to Pay.
2. You can also add a card through your bank if you see the Click to Pay icon on the bank’s website or mobile application.
How do I receive cashback for payments made through Click to Pay?
To receive the cashback offered for Click to Pay transactions, you must ensure that your card(s) are added/saved/enrolled in Click to Pay (not only in the Marțea Mastercard program) before making the online payment.
You can complete this step in the checkout pages of merchants that display the Click to Pay icon or in the banking applications that show the same icon.
What types of transactions are eligible for the campaign?
The campaign includes the first online payment transaction made with any eligible Mastercard card, provided that the card was previously registered in the campaign and the payment is made via Click to Pay.
Only transactions carried out at online merchants in Romania will be considered, excluding those registered in the Mastercard system under Merchant Category Code (MCC) 5947.
What does Merchant Category Code (MCC) 5947 represent?
MCC 5947 refers to merchants that sell vouchers, gift cards, or operate gift shops.
Transactions made at merchants classified under this category are not eligible and will not generate points within the campaign, nor will they qualify for cashback.
Is it enough for a card to be registered only in the Marțea Mastercard program to qualify for points?
No. For a purchase to be considered eligible, the card must be explicitly enrolled/added/saved in Click to Pay, independently of its registration in the Marțea Mastercard program.
How do I know that I have successfully registered my card in the Mastercard Tuesday program?
After completing and submitting the form on the priceless.com/marti page, you will receive a confirmation message with a green icon on the page. You will also receive a confirmation email to the email address provided in the form.
How long does it take to receive the cashback?
The settlement of Cashback Compensations may vary depending on the internal procedures of the Issuer (the bank or the financial institution) and may take up to 30 (thirty) working days from the date of the transaction. Usually the period is much shorter, just a few days. The last day of payment of the Cashback Compensations related to the campaign carried out 7 April – 30 June 2026 is 31 July 2026.
Is there a maximum cashback limit I can receive in the current (the 1st of 2026) campaign?
Yes, there is. For the current campaign running between 7 April – 30 June 2026, you can receive back a maximum of 10% of the value of the first transaction, up to a limit of 50 lei per card only for their first Click to Pay online payment made at merchants in Romania, made online with an eligible Mastercard.
Why didn't I get the cashback?
The cashback is not offered on the spot, see details in the "How long does it take to get the money back on the card (cashback)" section above.
If you've waited 30 days and still haven't received the cashback, check if you've complied with all the conditions of the campaign:
In addition, there may be situations where the merchant is not registered in the field of activity of the ongoing campaign, so cashback cannot be offered.

Do I receive cashback if I made the purchase at a merchant participating in the promotion, but I used a different card when I paid than the one registered in the campaign?
No. Cashback is recorded and sent to Mastercard cards that have been successfully registered on Mastercard Tuesday. Cashback is granted for purchases made after the card has been successfully registered in the program. Previous purchases (made before successful registration) will not be taken into consideration.
Where can I check if the cashback has already been sent to my card?
All cashback transactions will contain the description of the transaction "Martea Mastercard ", so that cardholders can verify and identify them in the transaction history of each account related to the card, through the channels provided by their card issuers (for example, in the mobile banking application, in the online banking system, in the account statement, etc.).
How do I know how much cashback I received in total?
You can check the total value of the cashback on the channels provided by the card issuer (bank or financial institution): internet banking; bank application, account statements, etc. The cashback transactions of this program are marked "Mastercard Tuesday". Their total will indicate how much cashback you received.
I paid 500 RON and received 50 RON cashback. I had to return the goods for 250 RON, shall the cashback be deducted?
Yes, 25 RON will be deducted due to the reversal of 250 RON. The net amount of the cashback will be 25 RON for net purchase amount 250 RON after the refund performance.
I paid 500 RON and received 50 RON cashback. I had to return the goods for 500 RON, shall the cashback be deducted?
Yes, 50 RON cashback will be deducted due to the reversal of 500 RON. The net amount of the cashback will be 0 RON for net purchase amount 0 RON after the refund performance.
I paid 500 RON and received 50 RON cashback. I had to reach out to the merchant and replace some goods as they were delivered a bit damaged. The merchant did not make the financial transaction refund, but replaced the goods with the appropriate quality. Shall the cashback be impacted?
No, the cashback amount of 50 RON will not be changed, as long as the merchant performs the physical goods replacement without initiating any financial refunds.

Don't forget to provide the email address you used when signing up so that our customer support team can verify all the details of your inquiry. How do I remove my card from the Mastercard Tuesday program so that I no longer receive cashback?
At any time, cardholders may access the card enrollment page in the www.priceless.com/marti program and follow the opt-out instructions, which will appear after clicking the opt-out link. After the correct opt-out information is submitted, cardholders will see the status message of this request; if the status appears as "successful", the provided card will no longer be included in the program for any of the benefits of the offers, starting from the date of exit from the program.
