• These American Airlines AAdvantage® Redemption terms and conditions apply to any transactions made on priceless | American Airlines
• Mastercard priceless experiences purchased using AAdvantage® miles are nonrefundable. In the event of conflict between these terms and the priceless experience offer terms, these terms shall prevail.
• By redeeming AAdvantage® miles for Mastercard priceless experiences, you agree that Mastercard can share information about the transactions that you make on priceless | American Airlines.
• Redeeming AAdvantage® miles for Mastercard priceless experiences is available only through priceless | American Airlines, which is provided and managed by Mastercard.
• You must log in to priceless | American Airlines using your AAdvantage® login credentials to make transactions.
• Mastercard is an independent contractor and will be the merchant of record for any priceless experience transactions made on the site. If applicable, any fees collected in cash will appear on your credit card statements as "priceless.com San Francisco CA"

If the highest bidder at the time the auction ends does not have enough AAdvantage® miles in their account to cover the winning bid, the next highest bidder may win the auction with their highest bid.
