- The Mastercard Lounge operating hours are Monday, 19 January 2026 and Tuesday, 20 January 2026 from 10:00 AM AEDT to 8:00 PM AEDT, and on Monday, 28 January 20256 from 10:00 AM AEDT to 2:00 PM AEDT
- The minimum age to book this experience is 18 years of age
- Eligible Cardholders who are granted access to the Lounge are provided with one additional guest ticket
- All participants must hold a valid ticket to the Australian Open to experience the Mastercard Lounge. This experience does not grant entry to the Australian Open
