How to redeem the VIP Pass & Hands Free Shopping:

- Go to the page dedicated for your card Tier: Standard & Gold , Titanium, Platinum & World, World Elite Scroll to “download your VIP Pass” and select the shopping village you will be visiting.

-Select your country or region then click  “Get our EVIP Pass”

-Sign up to become a member or click on “No thanks” to immediately generate your VIP PASS QR.

-For World Elite cardholders, you can present this VIP Pass QR, at Concierge Services upon arrival at the Village, to redeem hands-free shopping. Your VIP Pass is valid for 24 hours from first scan.

How to redeem The Apartment and Reserved Parking

-Go to the page dedicated for your card Tier: World Elite

-To book access to the Village’s private suite and a reserved parking space, email the Village you wish to visit at least 48 hours in advance using the Guest Services email addresses listed below.

-Click  on the drop down to view participating villages and select your preferred village
