How do I qualify for the Campaign Voucher?
To qualify for the Campaign Voucher, you must:
- Register for the Campaign via the official Campaign page before making any qualifying transactions; and
- Spend a cumulative total of SAR 3,000 or more on eligible point‑of‑sale retail transactions conducted outside the KSA, in any foreign currency, using an eligible KSA‑issued Mastercard consumer or SME credit, debit, or prepaid card, during the Campaign Period.
Voucher eligibility is subject to verification by Mastercard.
What is the Campaign Period?
The Campaign shall start on 15 June 2026 and will end on 15 July 2026 (inclusive).
Which cards are eligible for the Campaign?
All KSA-issued consumer and SME Mastercard credit, debit, or prepaid cards are eligible, subject to the Campaign Terms and Conditions.
What transactions are eligible for earning the Voucher?
Eligible transactions are retail point-of-sale (POS) transactions conducted outside the KSA, in any foreign currency, made using an eligible Mastercard card. Transactions may be completed using a physical card or a digital wallet at a physical POS terminal. Cash, Quasi Cash type transactions are excluded.
Is there any minimum spend requirement?
Yes, you must spend a cumulative total of SAR 3,000 or more on eligible transactions during the Campaign Period. The minimum spend does not need to be completed in a single transaction.
When will I receive the Voucher?
Eligible cardholders who meet all Campaign requirements will receive the Voucher within 30 (thirty) business days after the end of the Campaign Period, subject to successful verification.
How will I receive the Voucher?
The Voucher will be sent directly to the cardholder’s email address provided at the time of registering for the Campaign. Only cardholders who meet all eligibility criteria will receive a Voucher.
What is the Voucher?
The Voucher is an Amazon.sa gift card with a fixed value of SAR 300. The Voucher is issued and redeemed by Amazon, and its use is subject to Amazon’s applicable terms and conditions.
How do I know if I’m one of the selected customers for the Voucher?
The Voucher will be sent directly to the cardholder’s email address provided at the time of registering for the Campaign.
How do I register for the Campaign?
You must register via the official Campaign page on Priceless.com or through the QR code or link provided in Campaign communications from your issuing bank. Registration must be completed before making any qualifying transactions.
Does the minimum spend need to be fulfilled in a single transaction?
No. Cumulative spend (multiple eligible transactions) conducted using an eligible Mastercard card during the Campaign Period will be counted towards the minimum spend requirement.
Are supplementary cards eligible for the Campaign?
Yes. Transactions performed on either a primary or supplementary card may qualify. However, spending is assessed at an individual card level and spend across primary and supplementary cards under the same account will not be combined.
Spend at which merchants are eligible in order to receive the Voucher?
All retail purchases at POS terminals, in foreign currency, performed outside of the KSA are eligible for the Campaign. Cash and Quasi Cash transactions are excluded.
Are online transactions eligible?
No. Online transactions, including online payments through digital wallets, are not eligible for the Campaign.
What happens if a transaction is refunded, reversed or disputed?
Refunded, reversed, or disputed transactions will not be counted toward the qualifying spend. If a qualifying transaction is reversed or refunded after a Voucher has been awarded, Mastercard reserves the right to cancel or reclaim the Voucher.
Does my card need to be active at the time of receiving the Voucher?
Yes. Your eligible Mastercard card on which the qualifying spend was performed needs to be active at the time of awarding the Voucher, if not, the Voucher may be forfeited.
