- Experience takes place on three dates to be announced in April, July, and December
- Experience must be booked at least 10 days in advance
- Experience is for a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 16 people; if the minimum is not met, experience will be cancelled and a new tour date will be decided

- Cardholders may purchase a maximum of 16 tickets per event
- Packages can be gifted—in which case the primary recipient and any guests must be 18 years old or older. The venue may ask for proof of ID at the event; failure to present valid ID may result in removal from the event and ineligibility for a refund
