On 17 December 2026, enjoy a sparkling spritz and seasonal cocktail, accompanied by spiked grissini and cappuccino soup, before joining an expert team of chefs for lively demonstrations, hands-on cooking and seasonal tastings. Prepare crispy crab rangoon wontons, moreish pizzette tarte flambée and chocolate crinkle cookies, and watch a demonstration of papadams with coconut raita. Then, move into the dining room to enjoy a generous feast of dishes inspired by festive canapés, served family-style. Savour seared flank steak with remoulade and crispy shallots, prawn and salmon salad, and a few surprise dishes on the night. Finish with festive ice cream and chocolate crinkle cookies, before taking home your own handmade cookies to enjoy, share or package as a gift for someone special.
