Spend an unforgettable evening with three of Asia's most distinctive culinary voices in a collaborative feast anchored in a shared coastal cuisine. Chef Hafizzul Hashim of Fiz explores Southeast Asia's local ingredients, cooking over bakau mangrove charcoal. Akame chef Alex Peng works with a wood-fired kiln, layering Rukai indigenous spices and mountain-foraged greens with Taiwan's coastal produce. Rounding out the trio, Chef Johnson Wong of Gēn 根 reimagines Malaysian Chinese flavours shaped by heritage. Exclusively for Mastercard cardholders.

  • A minimum of 2 guests is required per booking
  • Price listed is per person and is inclusive of service charges and tax
  • Full payment is required to confirm the reservation. Once confirmed, bookings are strictly nonrefundable
  • Reservations are subject to availability and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Menus and ingredients are subject to change based on seasonal availability and supply
  • Dietary restrictions can be accommodated with at least 5 days' prior notice
  • The restaurant's dress code is smart casual. Gentlemen are required to wear long trousers and closed-toe shoes. Sleeveless shirts, shorts, slippers, and sportswear are not permitted
  • Any incidental expenses incurred during the experience will be charged directly to the guest on site
