Take a unique dim sum masterclass with Chef Chan Sai Fai of Yuè, a Michelin-recommended restaurant. You'll begin by tucking into a premium lunch featuring bean curd sheet shrimp cake and bird's nest congee with partridge. Then, you'll join dim sum master Fai in making lobster dumplings in supreme broth. Not only will you hand-make this delicacy, but you'll also learn to create an Oriental ink wash painting on the plate.
