Immerse yourself in the ingredients, aromas, and textures of Australia in a hands-on masterclass at Peppermint Ridge Farm. You'll be led by Julie Weatherhead and Anthony Hooper, owners and expert guides, on a tour of the farm's native food garden where you will learn about and forage a selection of native edibles, including lemon myrtle, strawberry gum, and mountain pepper. Afterwards, you'll join Julie, expert cook, author, and educator, in a Native Pantry Cooking School class to prepare a seasonal lunch using your farm-fresh produce, which you'll enjoy with paired wines.
