You'll begin with a welcome cocktail or mocktail specially crafted for the occasion and explore Chef Mervyn's kitchen and home as he shares his approach to cooking. Then, you'll relish a seven-course modern cuisine with 7-course degustation menu that showcases the finest seasonal ingredients before finishing on a sweet note with a custom dessert.     Fine Print

    • Will be scheduled on a mutually agreeable date and time, based on partner's availability
    • This experience is non-refundable after scheduling is complete
    • Dining Duration
      • The dining experience typically lasts around two hours. We host one session daily from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Guests are kindly requested to allocate at least two hours for the experience
    • Seasonal Menu Only
      • Each season features a single, carefully curated menu. À la carte options or children's menus are not available
    • Dietary Restrictions
      • Dietary restrictions must be communicated at the time of reservation. We can accommodate common food allergies (e.g., shellfish), religious restrictions (e.g., beef or pork), and preferences such as avoiding raw food or alcohol with advance notice
    • Vegetarian Meals
      • Please note that we are unable to cater to vegetarian dietary requirements
    • Child Safety Policy
      • For safety reasons, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12. Our dining area includes stairs and glass elements that may pose risks to younger guests
    • Guest Count Adjustments
      • Changes to the number of guests for confirmed reservations may or may not be accommodated due to the extensive preparation required for our dishes and the strict maximum guest capacity per session
    • Reservation Confirmation
      • Reservations are only considered confirmed upon receiving a confirmation message from us via WhatsApp at the provided phone number
    • Cancellation and Refund Policy
      • Once a reservation is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for date changes or cancellations made within 14 days (two weeks) of the reserved date
