Zitz Sum is a 30 seat contemporary restaurant, focused on seasonality, located inside of an historic building in Coral Gables, Florida. Our story, is a story of resilience, passion & commitment, that is translated in a plate of food, excellent service and unapologetic gracious hospitality. Our current menu is an autobiographical journey reflecting Chef’s experiences and our affinity for Japanese ingredients and technique, blended with his Latin American heritage. We currently offer A la carte menu that changes with the seasons, and a Seven Course Tasting Menu that changes weekly. Zitz Sum is recipient of a 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 & 2026 Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand Award, a 2022 James Beard Foundation Semifinalist for Best New Restaurant and a New York Times 2022 Best 50 Restaurants in America.
