Villa Torél is a proximity-driven restaurant located within Bodegas de Santo Tomás in San Antonio de las Minas, Valle de Guadalupe. Created by chef Alfredo Villanueva and his wife Denise, the restaurant maintains close relationships with Baja California’s orchards, ranches, farms, fishermen, and independent producers.
