Miriam Brooklyn

Miriam Brooklyn, Chef Rafael Hasid’s Park Slope flagship since 2005, presents distinctly Israeli cuisine assembled from the many traditions that converged in Israel and ingredients brought from there. The menu moves between lamb shawarma and Miriam schnitzel, shakshuka and Turkish eggs, halloumi salads and halva mousse, complemented by cocktails and a wine selection spotlighting Israeli and international producers.
