Led by chef-owners Wilks and Colleen Medley, who brought city training to Taos, the kitchen of medley. reworks nostalgic classics into shared snacks, small plates, hearty mains, craft cocktails and desserts. The wine shop curates wines, craft beers and liquors, hand-chosen by the beverage director and sommelier, with staff guiding selections from lightest to boldest.
