Briny Swine is a seaside inspired smokehouse and oyster bar presenting Carolina style barbecue, Lowcountry seafood and coastal staples. Whole hog, ribs and smoked wings emerge from custom Lang smokers and are served with five house sauces. Raw, roasted and fried oysters, shrimp and lobster rolls, sides and live blues and bluegrass complete the offering.
