1882 Cantina

Presenting Mexican and Latin American cuisine where signature regional dishes and bold flavors sit alongside margaritas and artisan tequila, Pechanga’s Mexican restaurant is set in the atrium near the hotel lobby, where evenings are accompanied by salsa, bachata and mariachi beside a striking tequila-bottle display. The name honors the Pechanga Band of Luiseño Indians’ 1882 re-establishment of their government-to-government relationship.
