The Fulton

The Fulton at Pier 17, chef Jean‑Georges Vongerichten’s first seafood-focused restaurant, draws inspiration from the historic Fulton Fish Market. Its menu showcases wild-caught seafood, raw bar selections, and seasonal dishes paired with cocktails and wine. Designed by Yabu Pushelberg, the nautical-themed interior features hand-painted murals and waterfront views of the East River and Brooklyn Bridge.
