The Charles is a restaurant in Dallas's Design District where Italian design and cuisine are interpreted through a Texas lens. The kitchen, led by J Chastain, balances housemade pastas, fresh crudo and wood‑fire grilled fish and steak; signature dishes include Focaccia di Charles and the Pork Blade Chop. Conceived by Chas Martin with Sees Design, it opened in 2018.
