Black + Blue is the Toronto outpost of a Vancouver steakhouse, occupying the former Toronto Stock Exchange across two storeys. It showcases prime dry‑aged cuts such as Kobe, Japanese Wagyu, Canadian and USDA Prime in a Himalayan salt meat locker, alongside seafood platters, tableside Caesar and Beef Wellington, and an illuminated bar with cocktails and west coast wines.
