Xochi

Conceived by chef Hugo Ortega, Xochi (so-chee) explores the regional cuisine of Oaxaca with a focus on mole, chocolate and mezcal. Cheeses, salsas, moles and tortillas are made from scratch, cacao beans are roasted and ground in-house, and cooking includes a wood-fired oven and specialty dishes such as mole de chicatana. The drinks list includes close to 100 mezcals.
