Food is prepared in an open kitchen for a communal, casual experience that highlights hearty plates — from porterhouse and Kona prawns to Kona lobster and pannier-style tortillas filled with beef picadillo, pork with salsa verde or slow chicken stew — alongside a salsa bar and house desserts such as grilled pineapple with coconut‑lime sorbet.
