VIOLÍ was initially inspired by DineAmic Hospitality Partners, David Rekhson and Lucas Stoioff's, travels throughout Greece, where they acquired a newfound appreciation for the natural Greek lifestyle. Following their trip, the hospitality group opened LÝRA in West Loop's Fulton Market neighbourhood and now brings Greek cuisine and world-renowned superstar Chef Partner Athinagoras Kostakos to the Western Suburbs.
