Established in 2018, Sabai brings the cuisines of Thailand’s four regions to New York City through contemporary interpretations of classic dishes. The restaurant marries upscale dining with time-honored Thai servivr, presenting plates such as som tam papaya salad, pad see ew, massaman and salmon curries, honey ribs and shrimp cakes, complemented by a lively bar.
