The Dabney

Housed on a 19th-century row house, this rustic Blagden Alley restaurant serves some of the best mid-Atlantic cuisine in D.C. Chef Jeremiah Langhorne relies almost solely on a giant wood-burning hearth to cook updated versions of centuries old recipes using the best regional ingredients. The menu comprises mostly small plates and the autumn olive pork loin with roasted green strawberry is divine.
