Named for the late Las Vegas "super host" Charlie Meyerson, Charlie's Bar + Grill recalls an earlier era of sports gambling while accommodating modern viewing habits. Positioned directly in front of the Wynn Las Vegas sports book, the room provides an immediate view of the action and has been fitted with additional screens so patrons need not strain to follow every game. The kitchen reframes tailgate favorites as elevated plates, serving pastrami eggrolls, a Buffalo onion-ring tower and a king-sized pretzel with warm horseradish cheddar and whole-grain mustard. A "Living Well" section includes a turkey club and an Impossible burger topped with carrot cheese.
