Sarma channels the traditional Turkish meyhane, offering an extensive repertoire of small plates (meze) designed for sharing alongside a carefully chosen wine list and cocktails from a 20-seat bar. The chef-owner draws on their extensive travels, reworking familiar classics into contemporary dishes such as cumin lamb manti, octopus manestra, balık branzino and harissa barbecue duck.
