Cote Korean Steakhouse

This haven for New York City carnivores is the brainchild of Simon Kim (of Piora and Jean-Georges fame) and artfully blends the hallmarks of an American steakhouse with the ritual of Korean barbecue. Although its doors only opened in June 2017, Cote received a Michelin star just a few months later, a feat which firmly cemented its presence on the Big Apple's competitive dining scene.
