Mister Jiu's

Mister Jiu's is chef Brandon Jew’s reworking of Chinese‑American cooking in San Francisco’s Chinatown. Housed in a Waverly Place room formerly Four Seas and Hang Far Low, the kitchen makes tofu, rice vinegar and fermented beans in‑house and selects the finest local produce. The tasting menu combines dishes such as wok‑charred squid, dim sum and longjing tea king salmon.
