It combines technique, precision, and an obsessive attention to detail under the vision of restaurateur Raúl Yáñez Campos—creator of 040 Restaurante, Room 09, Olam, and Nkiru—who brought his 040 brand to INTERSECT BY LEXUS – New York, as part of the program curated by Danny Meyer / Union Square Hospitality Group.
