The name Prima encapsulates this bar's philosophy: everything revolves around raw materials and carefully selected ingredients from across Chile. Located in an elegant basement, it's the perfect place to spend an evening enjoying appetizers like charcuterie boards and melted provoleta cheese (an Argentinian variation of the classic provolone). As for the drinks, both the bar and the cocktail menu feature house-made fermented beverages and infusions, with vermouth taking center stage. Cocktails include the Mary Jane—a blend of vodka, strawberry, celery, and fermented lemon—and the Apple Whiskey, a mix of bourbon, fermented apple, lemon, and cinnamon.
