Trocca is the most personal project by acclaimed Argentine chef Fernando Trocca, opened in 2025 in Buenos Aires' Villa Pueyrredón neighborhood. After nearly four decades of international success with restaurants such as Sucre, Mostrador, and Orilla, Trocca reflects a more intimate and mature stage of his career.
