Huniik is the most intimate project by acclaimed chef Roberto Solís, widely regarded as one of the pioneers of modern Yucatecan cuisine. Located in Mérida's historic center, the restaurant offers an immersive dining experience where gastronomy, architecture, and hospitality come together to tell the story of Yucatán through a contemporary tasting menu. Designed by Cuban artist Jorge Pardo, the space draws inspiration from the region's cenotes and features a fully open kitchen that creates a close connection between chefs and guests.
