Uplift – Friend of Croatian Cuisine is Mastercard's five-year national initiative dedicated to defining, protecting, and promoting Croatian cuisine as a strategic tourism, cultural, and economic asset. Developed in collaboration with leading Croatian chefs and experts, its aim is to create a first, comprehensive manifesto of Croatian cuisine.
