Since 2018, NH Hotel Group has been part of Minor Hotels, following the acquisition of 94.1% of its shares by the Thai multinational Minor International (MINT). In 2024, the group consolidated this integration by officially changing the name of NH Hotel Group to Minor Hotels Europe & Americas.
