Damiano Carrara

Born in 1985 in Lucca, Damiano began his career as a bartender before moving to Ireland and later to California, where he opened his own pastry shops, Carrara Pastries. Since 2017, he has been a judge on Bake Off Italia and the host of several shows on Discovery. In 2021, together with his wife Chiara, he opened his first pastry Atelier in Lucca — entirely gluten-free. He is also the author of several cookbooks and recently became the proud father of little Dafne.
