La Alacena Trattoria was founded in 2014 by chefs Julieta Oriolo and Mariana Bauzá. Known for its quality and value, it earned a 2024 Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand. In 2022, they partnered with Hernán Calliari to open La Alacena Pastificio y Salumería, just two blocks away.
