The International Festival KotorArt is one of the largest and most significant art festivals in Montenegro and the region. Every summer, KotorArt brings together a large number of international artists, and through its numerous programs held at atmospheric locations in Kotor and throughout the Bay of Kotor, it attracts a diverse audience.
