Restaurant Amelia by Paulo Airaudo is a small and exclusive contemporary restaurant that offers an intimate atmosphere. It is located directly on Playa de la Concha in the Basque coastal city of Donostia (San Sebastián). Restaurant Amelia is a member of the JRE (Jeunes Restaurateurs), an International association of young restaurateurs and chefs, whose aim is to share their talent and passion for food with like-minded individuals.
