The experience includes a tour of Urla's unique vineyards and olive oil tasting at Uzbaş Arboretum. The tour will be accompanied by Sabiha Apaydın who is the founder and creator of the 'Root Origin Soil' conference, focuses on local grapes, viticulture, and enology. A WSET (Wine and Spirits Education Trust) certified instructor, she teaches 'Wine and Business Management' at Istanbul's Culinary Arts Academy.
