Stella Croatica began its story 20 years ago with the manual production and packaging of traditional products made from olives, figs, and almonds by a married couple who recognized the importance of presenting the Dalmatian heritage through its typical products. Long-term marketing of this type of product on domestic and international markets has created the opportunity to expand production. As a result, 11 years ago, with the help of EU funds, a production center was built in Klis, which still employs local people to maintain such traditional production. Due to the great interest of travel agencies in visiting the production premises, a decision was made to expand the business.
