• These American Airlines AAdvantage® Redemption terms and conditions apply to any transactions made on priceless | American Airlines
• Mastercard priceless experiences purchased using AAdvantage® miles are nonrefundable. In the event of conflict between these terms and the priceless experience offer terms, these terms shall prevail.
• By redeeming AAdvantage® miles for Mastercard priceless experiences, you agree that Mastercard can share information about the transactions that you make on priceless | American Airlines.
• Redeeming AAdvantage® miles for Mastercard priceless experiences is available only through priceless | American Airlines, which is provided and managed by Mastercard.
• You must log in to priceless | American Airlines using your AAdvantage® login credentials to make transactions.
• Mastercard is an independent contractor and will be the merchant of record for any priceless experience transactions made on the site. If applicable, any fees collected in cash will appear on your credit card statements as "priceless.com San Francisco CA"
• American Airlines AAdvantage® terms and conditions will apply to the AAdvantage® program and to any AAdvantage® miles used with or earned by your transactions on priceless | American Airlines; however, the terms and conditions of the Mastercard priceless Terms of Use and the priceless Privacy Notice will apply to any other activity on the site and purchases of any priceless experiences will be subject to the applicable terms and conditions for that offer.

• Upon selecting miles toward a Mastercard® priceless experience as your reward choice, you will receive a promo code via email from Mastercard® that you can apply at checkout on priceless.com toward a Mastercard® priceless experience
• The promo code for miles toward a Mastercard® priceless experience can only be used toward Mastercard® priceless experiences available at priceless.com/aa
• Mastercard is responsible for fulfillment of this reward and any priceless experiences to which the reward is applied

American Airlines AAdvantage® Redemption: Mastercard Priceless® Experience Auctions

• After the auction is complete, your American Airlines AAdvantage® account will be charged the full amount for your highest bid, only if you are the auction winner with the winning bid. If the highest bidder at the time the auction ends does not have enough AAdvantage® miles in their account to cover the winning bid, the next highest bidder may win the auction with their highest bid.
• If you selected Miles toward a Mastercard Priceless® Experience as your AAdvantage® Loyalty Point Reward, you can apply your promo code to auctions.
• Limited quantities are available. Experience is provided on a first come, first served basis, for up to the maximum number of experiences per cardholder listed in the offer details.
• If you have met the eligibility requirements and receive an available spot for this experience, Mastercard will email you a confirmation with further details about the event.
• All auction bids are final and non-retractable. Auctioned experience is non-refundable. No returns, exchanges, substitutions, or cash redemptions permitted.
