Hurrem Sultan Hammam

Hurrem Sultan Hammam was designed and built by Mimar Sinan, the chief Ottoman architect. It was built at the request of Hurrem Sultan, the wife of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent. The hammam was built in the classical bath style of the Ottoman period and stands between the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia.
