Ximena Saenz has been cooking since she remembers. She studied Image and Sound Design at the UBA University and Gastronomy at the Argentine Institute of Gastronomy in Buenos Aires. She worked for a few years in the world of advertising until she began her path in gastronomy. She was lucky enough to be part of the kitchens of the Hotel Vista Sol, Dashi, Restaurant of the Evita Museum, and Avant Catering. She co-hosted the television program "Cocineros Argentinos" that has been broadcast every day on Public Television since 2009. She also participated in programs on the Utilísima and Fox Life signals such as 3 minutes, Tu Vida más Simple, and Cocina Fácil.
