Chef Bryan Voltaggio is the executive chef and owner of multiple restaurants including Thatcher & Rye and is the chef and partner at STRFSH, Voltaggio Brothers Steakhouse, and Fioreetta, a new Italian Steakhouse project with his brother Michael in Chicago. He is a finalist of the James Beard Award, Top Chef, Top Chef Masters, and Top Chef Allstars.
