Julian Kutos is an accomplished young Austrian chef. After living in China, California and Berlin, he studied French cuisine and patisserie in Paris with Alain Ducasse. Julian now owns his own cooking school in the heart of Vienna. He is also a Falstaff food blogger, and published his first series of cookbooks in 2017.
