The Asturian sommelier Marcos Granda (owned of the Michelin-starred Skina in Marbella), has set up in Madrid with Clos restaurant, located between Nuevos Ministerios and Cuatro Caminos, where the clients can enjoy cutting-edge Mediterranean cuisine made using premium quality ingredients. The restaurant has a small bar area that leads into a large luminous dining room, with an open kitchen and glazed wine cellar. The dining area can seat up to 26 people, and there is also a private dining room for 6. Every single detail is exquisite in terms of the tables and service.
